The Registry office and HUG’s Maternity hospital have been working together for many years to make it easier to register newborns. In 2016, a further step was taken with the establishment of a registry office branch at the heart of Switzerland’s leading Maternity hospital.
An officer from this service is present on site and facilitates the essential administrative steps when a child is born. This help is appreciated by young parents.
