La 12e édition du symposium microbiote mettra l'accent sur les nouvelles avancées en nutrition visant à améliorer le microbiote intestinal et, à terme, la santé des patients.

Une meilleure compréhension des interactions entre la nutrition, les prébiotiques, les probiotiques et le microbiote intestinal pourrait ouvrir la voie à de nouvelles options thérapeutiques pour de nombreuses maladies.

Ce symposium a pour but de réunir des médecins, scientifiques, professionnels de la santé et acteurs de l'industrie partageant un intérêt commun pour la modulation nutritionnelle du microbiote et son impact profond sur le métabolisme énergétique.
