Tips for managing moderate fatigue

Here are some tips to try to get rest when you’re moderately tired

  • Insert a nap into your day (even if it’s only 15 minutes long)
  • If napping isn’t for you, take a quiet break (without a computer, TV or mobile phone, this will allow your brain to rest).
  • Take a shower
  • Do personal care (dressing, makeup, shaving)
  • Arrange your environment so that you are not exposed to noise, excessive light, or a lot of visual information.
  • Avoid doing tasks that can tire you physically or mentally in a row. Take a break between two tasks or postpone them to the next day.
  • Ask for help or delegate the tiring tasks.
