What is the situation that bothers you and worries you? Try to define what bothers you in one sentence, you can write it on a piece of paper, on a tablet or on your mobile phone. Imagine that this situation was to happen. Ask yourself the question “what would happen if that was the case?” and write your answer below the initial situation.
And if this situation were to happen too? What would happen? In these situations that have been listed, can you identify the resources you have to deal with them or the things that could comfort you? List them on the sheet.
Be careful, as you do this exercise, anxiety may increase slightly momentarily, but the exercise helps to put certain thoughts into perspective.
