Energy comes from doing

Sometimes a slight lack of energy is related to a certain degree of fatigue. In this case, it can be helpful to undertake enjoyable activities to promote a boost of energy.

In the list below you will find ideas for activities that can help you energize yourself:

  • Listening to music, singing
  • Read a book/magazine
  • Cooking a meal/baking a cake
  • Going out (e.g. to the cinema/bowling, visiting friends)
  • Going for a walk in the city or in nature
  • Exercising (at a light to moderate pace)
  • Take a bath
  • Go shopping, go shopping
  • Doing the housework/cleaning (some people feel better after!)
  • Taking care of oneself such as shaving/waxing, applying makeup, doing a mask, getting a massage
