The Patients Partners + 3P program aims to promote the development of an institutional culture of partnership at Geneva University Hospital. The implementation of a training program in partnership is essential to reinforce this cultural change.
The aim of this training program is to raise awareness among healthcare professionals and the program's patient partners around partnerships with those being cared for.
To HUG employees and members of the Patients Partners + 3P program who wish to get involved in activities to improve the quality of healthcare and services, for teaching, research and organization.
The training is jointly led by a patient partner and a professional. Patient partners and healthcare professionals interact in practical simulations around healthcare or in connection with projects, and propose actions to promote the partnership.
