Practical Information
The program is set. Please arrive on time.
For each session, you will be able to access the gym’s changing rooms and showers. Remember to bring a lock for your locker.
Outdoor physical activities will take place regardless of conditions. Please bring suitable equipment

Any unexcused absence will result in a flat rate billing.
