Modulation of the nutritional state and energy expenditure by gut microbiota, impact of body composition and physical activity on the prognosis of patients, impact of nutrition in neurological diseases, measurement of energy expenditure and its impact on nutritional follow-up.
Publications : > 120 papers (>80 references in Pubmed). Numerous conferences in national and international meetings.
