Opening hours

• Consultations by appointment : to make an appointment, patients must be referred by a physician. The request must be sent to ORL@hcuge.ch or by mail, with the indication, specialty and the degree of urgency
   
• ENT emergency unit, without appointment between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm for > 18 years old and if it is an emergency. For those under 18 years of age, please go to the pediatric emergency room.
   
• If you are being monitored and wish to change the date of your appointment or cancel it, please call the number on your appointment form (referral unit below) or send a message to ORL@hcuge.ch  
   
  The secretariat answers your calls from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm
