Infomed

InfoMed is a triage application that allows you to assess your own symptoms and determine whether you should:

• call 144 (emergency services)
• seek care within the healthcare network (GP, on-call medical service, pharmacy)
• go to the emergency department (adult, paediatric, gynaecology-obstetrics or ophthalmology).

InfoMed offers the following services:

• guidance on the appropriate course of action based on your symptoms
• real-time information on waiting times in emergency department waiting rooms
• advance notification to emergency department teams of your arrival.

The application is developed by HUG in collaboration with partners across the Geneva healthcare network.
