Medical Activities

The HUG Sleep Laboratory is integrated in the pulmonary medicine department. It is recognized as a specialist center by the Société Suisse du sommeil (Swiss Society for Sleep Research, Sleep Medicine and Chronobiology). 

It works in close collaboration with other HUG divisions and relies on a multidisciplinary team made up of neurologists, psychiatrists, pneumologists, nurses, technicians and specialized researchers studying sleep disorders.

The laboratory’s clinical activities are entirely for outpatients and include two primary components:

• Insomnia Consultations that take place at Cluse Roseraie site
• Functional Investigations that take place at Belle Idée site.
