Dulcinda Delannoy obtained a DAS in quality and safety of care and a patient management expert certificate. She is responsible for the IPM (patient manager route) of the Department of Clinical Neurosciences.
A nurse by training, she participated in the establishment and development of the IPM function, at the HUG level and more broadly in French-speaking Switzerland. The IPM's mission is to plan and improve the trajectory followed by patients within the hospital.
Thanks to her expertise, Dulcinda Delannoy provides important support in the deployment of clinical pathways. By promoting interprofessional and institutional cooperation, it contributes to finding the perfect balance between the needs of patients and the means available.
