What is the Innovation Center?
Convinced that “everyone can make a difference,” the HUG have developed an Innovation Center, a unique platform for exchanges that empowers the best ideas of collaborators and collaborators to be gathered, valued and implemented in order to improve and develop the hospital.
What does the Innovation Center offer?
At the heart of the hospital, this cross-cutting platform empowers:
- identify, evaluate, structure, catalyze and deploy good ideas
- methodological and technical support
- to build partnerships with the university and industry, among others
- coordinate existing structures and tools
How is the Innovation Center set up?
The Innovation Center, a welcoming and symbolic space at the heart of the hospital, is designed for different types of users and needs. The Innovation Center spaces are primarily dedicated to stimulating creativity and innovation. We now have several spaces, including the Innovation Center esplanade, the Innovation Center offices, the large innovation gallery, the innovation corridor and, since 2019, the innovation atrium. These spaces are constantly being redesigned to meet the evolving needs of each user. Specific furniture has been conceptualized and created to facilitate nomadic work, while stimulating collaborative activities and collective intelligence.
As an external to the HUG, can I benefit from the services of the Innovation Center?
The services and support offered by the Innovation Center are exclusively for HUG collaborators and collaborators.
