Plasticity after stroke

Lemanic Symposium on Clinical Neuroscience
November 24, 2016, 8h15-18h15

Stroke is the most frequent cause of adult handicap in Western countries.
The Geneva area hosts several leading scientists, engineers, and physicians
working on new treatment approaches for stroke and their underlying mechanisms.
In order to exchange progress with the international community, we
invite you to join us for an interdisciplinary symposium on this topic. This day is
destined to physicians, scientists, engineers, students and therapists working in
the field of stroke and rehabilitation and will bring together local and international
experts around the question: how can we improve recovery after stroke.
With its interdisciplinary approach and its pioneering spirit, the symposium will
explore the frontiers of current knowledge and present new approaches and
developments.
