Laboratory Medicine


Mission of the Laboratory Medicine Division

  • Provide internal and external laboratory services useful for the care of outpatient and hospitalized patients by taking into account services offered by other divisions of HUG, particularly the Genetic Medicine Division and the Legal Medicine Institute.
  • These services, which includes analyses in all areas of laboratory medicine, are used by health care teams to ensure the diagnosis, prognosis, therapeutic monitoring, prediction and/or the prevention of diseases.
